Discover How You Can Sharpen Your Focus, Improve Your Active Memory, & Light Up Your Drained Brain With BioTrust Brain Bright®

Hey it’s Joel, Co-Founder of BioTrust Nutrition, and here’s something you may not realize:  because of today’s fast-paced and crazy, busy world, along with your natural aging process, it’s very likely that your BRAIN is running a lot like an old, run down computer from the 1980’s.

For example, your mental speed may be slow, your memory may be difficult to access, and chances are, your brain batteries are so drained and “corroded” that you constantly feel tired and mentally sluggish—like an old computer or cell phone that can’t keep a charge.

Sound familiar?

If so, you may be experiencing something we call “Brain Drain,” caused by lack of sleep, too much stress and a deficiency of key neuro-nutrients in the foods you eat. But fortunately, there are several simple strategies that you can easily put in place to light up your drained brain, and that’s why I’m here today: to give you total peace of mind and to ease the worry and frustrations you have surrounding the health and performance of your brain by sharing with you those simple yet extremely effective and powerful tips.

In fact, in the next few minutes I’m actually going to share with you our Ultimate 10-Second Brain-Boosting Trick

Yes, believe it or not, in just 10 seconds a day your brain will feel recharged, your focus will be enhanced, and your mind will be sharpened. I’ve shared this 10-second “super-brain” tip with hundreds of my clients, and today, I’m going to share it with you.

But before I do, it’s critically important that we first quickly cover the three major causes contributing directly to your brain drain…

The first cause of brain drain is regular depletion of those neuro-nutrients I mentioned earlier. Neuro-nutrients are like food for your brain. Without these nutrients in healthy supply, your brain is constantly fighting drain and fatigue.

These neuro-nutrients help your brain in three specificways. First, they help with your immediate short-term focus and memory. Second, they aid your brain in long-term memory function. And finally, they help nourish and protect your brain. This is done by increasing oxygen and nutrient-rich blood flow while suppressing the stress hormone cortisol that kills brain cells.1-5 It’s vital that your brain receives all three of these “zones of protection”, or I’m afraid your state of brain drain will only continue to get worse.

The second key contributor to brain drain is poor blood flow to the brain.

Picture blood flow to your brain as water to a thirsty plant. If there’s a kink in the hose, the plant doesn’t get enough water to keep it alive.

This same thing happens when your heart tries to pump oxygen and nutrient-rich blood to your brain. As you age, your heart and blood vessels can get “kinked” by losing the elasticity needed for optimal circulation. What’s more, a poor diet can have an even further negative impact on your circulatory system, limiting blood flow and suffocating brain tissue.

The third and final cause of brain drain that I need to warn you about are brain toxins found in the foods you eat, the beverages you drink (including water, believe it or not), and many other everyday items that you’re constantly being exposed to—these toxins act like a computer virus inside your brain. The first of these toxins is the fluoride found in most tap water…

In one study, two groups of children drank water with high and low levels of fluoride. The children drinking high-fluoride water had a statistically lower median IQ.6

Another is the extremely common artificial sweetener aspartame. In a recent study published in the journal Redox Biology, aspartame—found in many diet foods and drinks—was shown to generate free radicals that can trigger the death of brain cells.7 Furthermore, studies show that foods containing high fructose corn syrup and even excess sugar—like many yogurts, beverages, desserts and condiments—can also damage and shrink the brain.8 Not to mention sugar’s profound effect on causing mental distraction in both kids and adults.9

And get this, many non-organic veggies like corn, soy, beets, zucchini and even summer squash are high in genetically modified organisms (GMOs) due to Frankenstein farming practices implemented by the food industry to allow for high dose chemical pesticide and herbicide use that would otherwise destroy the natural, organic versions of these crops. These GMOs can also be found in baby foods, most granola bars, virtually all breakfast cereals, breads, pastas, and even potentially within the protein fibers of the meat from animals that eat corn and soy like cattle and chickens.

Why is this bad? Research shows, in simple terms, that chemical pesticides from non-organic crops can cause “Brain Rancidity”, meaning the vital omega-3 fats in the brain are literally caused to go rancid and become toxic.10

Furthermore, the coffee industry is experimenting with the use of the pesticide Endosulfan which is so toxic that a worldwide ban is being considered by the United Nations.11 Who would have thought your morning coffee could be beating up your brain?

And if that wasn’t bad enough, even moderate alcohol consumption has been shown to damage brain neurons, cell phone and WIFI radiation (which is practically unavoidable) has been linked to disruption of the protective blood-brain barrier (allowing greater levels of toxins into the brain that would otherwise be shielded), and the use of aluminum based antiperspirants and deodorants can cause toxic build-up of heavy metals in the brain.12-14

To add insult to injury, new research even shows that the electromagnetic radiation emitted by cell phones may disrupt the DNA of your delicate brain cells leading to brain dysfunction.15

How many hours per week do you use your cell phone?

It all sounds very overwhelming, and it is.  In fact, you may be feeling as if there’s nothing you can do to improve and protect your brain unless you make radical changes in your food, beverage, and overall lifestyle choices.

However, what if I told you there is a much easier, more practical, and FASTER way to reverse your brain drain and improve cognitive function all while recharging your brain in less time than it takes for you to grab a power cord and plug in your cell phone?

Is that something you might be interested in?

You see, this 10-second daily “brain boost” involves a synergistic combination of five research-backed neuro-nutrients that are able to directly target and shield brain cells from dangerous toxins while dramatically increasing blood flow and neuro-nutrient levels.  The end result?  Significant, brain-boosting results just minutes after consuming them—all without the use of potentially harmful stimulants making you “jittery” or keeping you up at night.

You see, through the advancement of brain scan technology we no longer have to “guess” at what nutrients create a healthier, brighter brain: we now have rock-solid visual proof, and, for the first time in history, you can benefit directly from these neuro-nutrient breakthroughs.

Let me quickly tell you about each.

The first neuro-nutrient I’m excited to share with you today is one of the most popular and time-tested herbs in history to help with concentration and memory. Unfortunately, many brands use a cheap version of this herb that can be dangerously tainted and woefully lacking in the potency your brain requires—thus, most people don’t get the results they deserve… or worse yet, these “toxic” versions of this herb can even harm your brain.

I’m talking about Ginkgo Biloba—a potent leaf extract used in ancient Chinese formulas for thousands of years. And make no mistake, over 100 studies indicate that PURE, legitimate Ginkgo Biloba is one of the best neuro-nutrients ever discovered.

Unfortunately, many manufacturers refuse to pay 4 times the price for pure USP Grade Ginkgo. Instead, they use cheap versions that can be dangerously high in a toxin called Ginkgolic Acid—in amounts well above the standards set by the World Health Organization.16

Ginkgolic Acid can even cause damage to DNA17 and it’s potentially toxic to nerve cells and the immune system.18

Pure Ginkgo, however (listed on the label as “USP Grade Gingko”), is extremely safe and exceptionally effective.  Just how effective?  Let’s take a look…

In a double-blind placebo controlled study (the gold standard of research design), conducted by Dr. Joseph Mix at Liberty University, 262 healthy older adults received either 180 mg of pure ginkgo extract or a placebo (with no ginkgo) for 6-weeks. At the end of the study the Ginkgo group achieved a 55% improvement over the placebo group in recognition and general memory tests and a whopping 168% improvement was seen in specific memory tests.19

Talk about recharging your brain!

In a second peer-reviewed study, by Dr. David Kennedy at Northumbria University, a single dose of Ginkgo was demonstrated to almost instantly increase the speed of attention and quality of memory by 92% over the placebo group…20

A better memory almost instantly after taking this wonder-herb—pretty impressive!

In a third study performed by renowned researcher Dr. R.F. Santos at Federal University, test subjects received either 80 mg of pure ginkgo extract or a placebo for eight months. Brain scans showed that the Ginkgo group enjoyed significantly enhanced blood flow to the brain—which is critical to overall brain health—and a 59% improvement in a test calculating mental errors.21

How would you like to make fewer mental mistakes in life?

In addition, through its antioxidant properties, further studies show that Ginkgo can:

  • Inhibit “brain cell rusting” by protecting neurons in the brain from oxidative damage 22-25
  • Slow the clearance of important neurotransmitters from the brain, thus allowing them to build up (allowing your “brain battery” to stay charged longer) 26-28
  • Suppress the stress-hormone cortisol that, if left unaddressed, can kill brain cells 29

I’ll share the best places to find pure, safe, and properly sourced Ginkgo Biloba in just a moment, so be sure to stay tuned.

The second neuro-nutrient brain hero I have to tell you about is an extract from a perennial flowering plant called Rhodiola rosea with over 30 studies supporting its positive effect on the brain.

In a study conducted by Dr. Darbinyan and published in Phytomedicine, night duty medical doctors were given 100 mg of Rhodiola rosea, resulting in significant improvements in mental fatigue, concentration and short-term memory in just two weeks.30

Yet another study showed a 42% reduction in mental fatigue in students during an examination period.31 Good news for anyone taking classes or wanting to improve their brain power during times of mental stress.

My third neuro-nutrient superhero, L-Theanine, is extracted from exotic tea leaves native to eastern Asia. Dr. Anna Nobre at the esteemed Oxford University conducted brain scans before and after a single 50 mg dose of L-Theanine. As you can see, L-Theanine caused the brains to go from dull to bright with the key memory and focus centers of the brain lighting up and becoming active.32

Just think what you could accomplish with a brighter brain!

Super neuro-nutrient #4 is N-Acetyl Tyrosine, an amino acid precursor that is used by professional athletes as well as the U.S. Military to keep fighter pilots alert and ready for action.33,34 This amino acid precursor is research-backed to lower cortisol levels in the brain35 while recharging low levels of neurotransmitters during times of mental and physical stress.34,36-40 The end result? Better mental focus and memory recall when you’re battling life’s greatest challenges.

And finally, the 5th powerful neuro-nutrient in our arsenal is Acetyl-L-Carnitine, also known as ALC.  Studies show that this important amino acid helps convert the fat you eat into nerve cell energy within the brain, thus enhancing the brain’s energy supply and ability to process information faster.41 Yet another study on ALC resulted in a 43% improvement in mental fatigue and a 15% boost in all mental abilities tested.42
